Oceans is hiring a Paid Media Manager (G7/23 PTYM M) to execute high-performance paid media campaigns for a climate tech client. In this role, you will focus on launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google Search, and YouTube, working in partnership with the client's Head of Growth.
What You'll Do
- Launch, QA, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (primary), Google Search, and YouTube.
- Execute a defined media roadmap alongside the Head of Growth, contributing insights while maintaining consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, pausing underperformers, and ensuring naming conventions are followed.
- Implement creative updates, manage approvals, and coordinate influencer whitelisting.
- Own weekly and monthly performance reporting for Meta and Google platforms.
- Analyze campaign data by platform, creative, audience, and demographic to identify trends and anomalies.
- Investigate performance drops due to fatigue, frequency, or targeting gaps, and provide actionable summaries.
- Export data from platforms and run analyses using Google Sheets or Excel (pivots, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs).
- Maintain campaign performance decks and internal documentation.
- Consolidate test learnings and campaign insights into clear, executive-ready slides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including lifecycle, creative, analytics, and email to align execution.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in English with strong written communication for summaries and reporting.
- 2+ years of hands-on campaign execution across Meta and Google Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads UI.
- Confidence working with key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversions.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets for slicing data and generating insights.
- Comfortable with campaign setup, naming conventions, and creative testing methodologies.
- Able to summarize performance results clearly and identify next steps from data.
- Comfort partnering with creative teams to coordinate ad feedback, asset changes, and new campaign launches.
Nice to Have
- Experience with YouTube campaigns.
- Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands.
- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, Looker Studio, Customer.io, or Motion Creative Analytics.

Team & Environment
