Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a German Speaking Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance to German-speaking clients from your home anywhere in Greece. You will be the primary point of contact, helping clients succeed with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding client support in German across various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues with accuracy and empathy.
- Educate clients about products and services to foster their confidence and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and enhance client experiences.
- Engage in regular training to stay updated on products and best support practices.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German is essential.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for assisting others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working from home and committed to adapting to our remote work culture.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Experience in client support or customer-facing roles is preferable.
