Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of finance-related workstreams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and define business requirements.
- Coordinate and manage implementation tasks across finance areas while monitoring progress.
- Offer expert guidance and review critical project deliverables.
- Track and resolve risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies within the finance stream.
- Review functional design documentation for compliance with requirements and standards.
- Set up and support financial configurations for multiple entities in D365.
- Establish financial dimensions and accounting frameworks.
- Configure derived dimensions and posting logic.
- Implement tax configurations, including HMRC and online filing setups.
- Manage intercompany transactions and financial consolidations.
- Set up cash and banking management functionalities.
- Define organizational hierarchies and budgeting structures.
- Implement approval workflows and integrate payment systems.
- Support electronic reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory needs.
- Oversee month-end close procedures and reconciliation processes.
- Manage currency settings and associated financial operations.
