As a Referral Agent, your main responsibility will be to promote our immigration services, connect with potential clients, and refer serious candidates to our immigration consultants. This is a full-time remote position (Monday to Friday) and a great opportunity to grow your experience in the immigration field while making an impact. Key Responsibilities - Promote our services through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and personal networks (friends, relatives, groups, etc.) - Reach out to potential clients for an initial call to explain the service and check basic eligibility - Conduct a first discussion to understand the client’s needs and seriousness - Refer qualified and serious clients to our immigration team for a consultation - Follow up regularly with your referred clients to guide them through the process - Facilitate payments for clients when needed using a secure and agreed method - Submit daily or weekly reports of outreach, conversations, and follow-ups
