Spring Health is looking for a Full Time Provider to join our mission of eliminating every barrier to mental health. In this role, you will deliver vital mental health care to our member network by conducting counseling sessions, managing clinical risk, and utilizing data-driven approaches to treatment.
What You'll Do
- Provide mental health counseling sessions, including clinical risk assessments
- Respond to critical incidents and clinical crises as appropriate
- Complete required internal training, assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
- Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
- Become familiar with, and utilize, data-driven decision making and measurement-based care
- Review monthly projections, client metrics, and clinical outcomes to monitor quality client care
What We're Looking For
- Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in AZ, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, ME, MI, ND, OH, PA, TX, UT, or VA (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
- Ability to work a full 40 hour work week
- Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent
- Able and eager to maintain an average caseload of 30 sessions per week
- Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT
- Comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks
- Committed to quality clinical care and expanding capabilities based on client progress or challenges
- Enjoys independent work with support of a team and opportunities for collaboration with other providers and clinical care navigators
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of post-licensed experience
- Willingness to be cross-licensed in other states; sponsored by Spring Health
- Open to treating populations beyond adults such as children, adolescents, couples, or families
- Openness to working nights and weekends

- Compensation: $64,000-$70,000
