LatamCent is hiring a Full Cycle Account Executive to help grow our client base in the B2B SaaS sector. This founding sales role is focused on closing new business and building the pipeline, requiring you to run multiple discovery calls daily and drive deals from first contact to signed contract.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Make 4–6 hours of outbound calls daily to generate and qualify leads
- Conduct 5–7 daily discovery calls to present LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions
- Consult with clients to assess hiring needs and demonstrate service value
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of talent
- Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of Account Executive experience
- Proven ability to take sales from prospecting to close
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- English level C1 or higher (written and spoken)
- Experience using CRMs for pipeline management
Nice to Have
- Experience in recruiting or staffing services
- Background in B2B SaaS or sales tech
- Prior SDR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Team & Environment
This is a founding sales role where you will collaborate closely with SDRs and recruiters to deliver on client commitments.
