Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare prescription and over-the-counter medication orders for shipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Accept and manage incoming deliveries of medications and packaging supplies, including handling boxes weighing up to 55 pounds
- Collaborate with pharmacists and support teams to resolve issues related to prescriptions and shipping
- Partner directly with a licensed pharmacist to ensure medications are dispensed safely, correctly, and on time
- Engage with a cross-functional team including medical and technical professionals to support patient care operations
- Contribute to a positive patient experience by identifying efficient, professional, and engaging service solutions
