Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently prepare outbound patient shipments following company procedures
- Assemble packaging materials and construct boxes to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery
- Support the receiving and organization of incoming inventory from the warehouse as required
- Occasionally use manual pallet jacks to transport materials and assist with facility workflow
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper restocking and organized storage methods
- Track supply levels during daily operations, report low stock to leads or management, and replenish fulfillment supplies to maintain station readiness
- Keep all fulfillment workspaces clean, safe, and well-organized
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily shipping quotas and operational timelines
- Adhere to established safety and workflow protocols to maintain quality and productivity
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members to support efficient daily operations
- Complete additional warehouse and fulfillment duties as directed by supervisors or team leads
