Step into a pivotal role aboard a groundbreaking ultra-luxury yacht set to launch in January 2026. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will shape every aspect of the guest journey, ensuring a seamless, anticipatory, and deeply personalized stay for suite guests from around the world.
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver individually tailored experiences by leveraging guest profiles and preferences recorded in hospitality systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact between guests and senior shipboard officers, ensuring swift resolution of requests and concerns
- Coordinate with multiple departments to fulfill guest needs, from arrival to departure
- Anticipate guest expectations and proactively enhance their onboard experience
- Escort guests personally to their suites and deliver a refined, individualized check-in process
- Arrange concierge services including dining reservations, excursions, transportation, and personal shopping
- Curate unique, one-of-a-kind experiences based on guest interests and suite type
- Maintain detailed guest records using systems such as Opera, Hotsos, Golden, Chat, and Key
- Ensure accurate documentation of guest preferences and service recovery efforts
- Attend daily coordination meetings with department heads and leadership teams
- Keep VIP guest information current and accessible across teams
- Support departure procedures, including farewell interactions with high-profile guests
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, ideally as a Head Butler in high-end hotels or on luxury cruise lines
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Proven experience on cruise ships is required
- USPH or HACCP certification
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of food & beverage, housekeeping, and service standards
- Familiarity with shipboard operations and hospitality software platforms
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-evolving environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational demands
- Professional demeanor when engaging with high-net-worth individuals and senior management
