Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software to continuously advance product development
- Design and implement end-to-end features within a fast-moving agile framework
- Collaborate on foundational architecture and long-term technical direction
- Contribute across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers based on evolving priorities
- Rapidly build and iterate on prototypes using real-world user input and analytics
- Leverage data to test and refine core product hypotheses quickly
- Work closely with product, design, operations, and business teams to define product goals and functionality
- Engage with onboarding and customer-facing teams to identify user pain points and improve product usability
- Establish scalable practices for performance, security, and code maintainability during early-stage growth
- Shape engineering standards, mentorship approaches, and technical hiring processes across the organization
