About the Role

We are seeking a motivated front-end developer who combines strong coding skills with problem-solving abilities to build scalable, elegant, and user-friendly web applications. Responsibilities

  • Develop dynamic and responsive web applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed development teams across time zones
  • Contribute to designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences through active input and teamwork
  • Engage in agile processes including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and review sessions
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues by analyzing defects, identifying root causes, and applying effective fixes
  • Coordinate with external vendors to build or integrate third-party software into internal platforms
  • Support additional tasks and initiatives as directed by leadership
  • Participate in special projects assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field plus at least 2 years of professional web development experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes when necessary
  • Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent credential
  • Agreement to complete a drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting during onboarding
  • Eligibility under Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • Legal right to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Nice to Have

  • Proven experience developing responsive web applications with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Background working within agile software development methodologies
  • Experience creating reusable React component libraries and managing dependencies via NPM
  • Familiarity with continuous integration platforms such as Jenkins
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying web applications
  • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and writing UI test cases in a test-driven development (TDD) environment
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (ADA) and analytics implementation

Compensation

Salaries adjusted for CA, NY Metro, and Seattle markets; annual bonus eligible based on individual and company performance. Actual pay within the posted range depends on experience and skill level.

Work Arrangement

Flexible hybrid model allowing remote work near designated hubs or office attendance; occasional in-person meetings may be required.

Team

Cross-shore collaboration within agile teams including product, marketing, and project management; emphasis on innovation and technical excellence.
