Role Overview
As a French Speaking Mobile Support Specialist, you will deliver hands-on technical assistance to French-speaking users experiencing challenges with their mobile devices. Your primary focus will be diagnosing and resolving issues related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device configurations using phone, email, and live chat channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French across multiple platforms, including voice, email, and messaging
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems involving mobile apps, network connections, and device settings
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions tailored to their experience level and device type
- Log all interactions and resolutions accurately within the CRM platform for continuity and tracking
- Escalate advanced technical cases to internal teams and follow through to resolution
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mobile technologies, including updates to iOS and Android systems
Qualifications
Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken French and have a background in customer-facing technical support, particularly involving mobile devices. Strong diagnostic abilities and clear communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience in technical or customer support roles, ideally with mobile technology
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, accessible language
- Experience documenting cases in CRM systems efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems and device management
- Working knowledge of CRM software for case tracking and resolution
- Understanding of mobile connectivity, including Wi-Fi, cellular data, and Bluetooth
- Experience supporting mobile app installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
Tools & Systems
You'll work with CRM platforms, mobile application diagnostics tools, and remote troubleshooting resources to support users across various device environments.
