Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to support an energy company's clients from Greece. You will be the primary point of contact, providing service and information directly in French.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding energy services, plans, and billing through phone, email, and live chat entirely in French.
- Assist customers in understanding their energy options and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and company service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills with a consistent focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a cooperative, team-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency with basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience ideally within the energy sector.
- Knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage.
