Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Support Agent to join the team supporting a prominent electronics company. You will provide superior customer support directly to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and technical issues are resolved effectively.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-tier customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product features, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customers with timely and effective solutions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and market trends to provide reliable information.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English.
