Next Job Abroad is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent to join a leading iGaming company in Malta. You will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, offering support and insights on gaming products. What You'll Do
- Offer excellent customer care via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking customers.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding gaming services.
- Collaborate with your team to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to drive service improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in customer care or a similar role.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry.
