Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to clients through email and phone communication.
  • Manage correspondence and calls from customers of major airlines, helping with itinerary adjustments, cancellations, baggage issues, and claims processing.
  • Engage with customers in both German and English across multiple communication platforms.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer questions and concerns.
  • Maintain a consistently professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing reliable and expert support.
