Your Role As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will: - Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications - Work closely with agile squads on payment-related solutions - Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams - Contribute to solution design in a distributed (Java-based) environment - Support backlog refinement and ensure high-quality deliverables - Collaborate with international teams What we’re looking for - Strong experience as a Functional Analyst (Senior level) - Solid expertise in the Payments domain (mandatory) - Ability to be quickly operational in a project environment - Experience with distributed systems (Java environment is a plus) - Fluency in French and English (mandatory) - Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum setups Project Context - International payments environment - High-impact project within a fast-paced delivery team - Collaboration with cross-border teams Location & Setup - Based in Brussels (hybrid) - 50% on-site presence required
