Responsibilities
- Walk through arrival routes and help evaluate how well the client’s app guides users from public areas, outside security, to ride share pickup points.
- Walk from the security exit to the Uber pickup location using in-app map navigation.
- Record the screen and provide screenshots and pictures of the airport.
- Submit the recordings and answer a survey after completing the task.
Requirements
- Based in the USA
- Live within a 2-hour drive of any of the target airports
- Have an iOS or Android mobile device
- Available as soon as possible for a one-day task
- Commit 8-10 hours for the on-site test
Additional Information
- One-time on-site test at specified airports
- No flight required
- Transportation compensation included (mileage, parking, or ride share)
- Task involves testing a globally known ride sharing app
- Must keep day open for flexibility
