Mindrift is hiring a Freelance Software Developer specializing in Ruby to act as an AI Trainer. In this role, you will apply your domain expertise to enhance Generative AI models by improving their specialized question-answering and complex reasoning skills. You'll be part of shaping ethical AI development through a collaborative, project-based approach.

What You'll Do

Generate prompts that effectively challenge and test AI systems.
Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
Correct the model’s responses using your domain-specific knowledge of software development.
Help shape the future of AI while ensuring the technology benefits everyone.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience with Ruby.
Code review experience.
Advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
Ready to learn new methods and switch between tasks and topics quickly.
Able to work with challenging, complex guidelines when required.
A laptop, reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for the challenge.

Nice to Have

Experience with AI or machine learning projects.
