The People Group is looking for a Freelance Senior Operations Specialist to enhance operational processes and drive strategic initiatives. In this remote role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge to optimize workflows and implement best practices.

What You'll Do

Provide high-level operational support to guide and enhance the efficiency of various departments.
Analyze operational metrics, generate reports, and offer insights for strategic decision-making.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements across the organization.
Work across teams to promote effective communication and operational synergy.
Coordinate and manage critical projects focused on operational excellence.
Ensure that all operational documentation meets regulatory standards and organizational policies.

What We're Looking For

Part-time availability to accommodate project needs (at least 15 hours per week).
Must be based in the UK to comply with local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in operations, with a proven track record in a senior role.
Proficient in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise with operational software and project management tools is essential.
