Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Freelance Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for our diverse client base. This fully remote position involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates to help organizations build strong teams across various industries.

What You'll Do

Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to salary negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records and track progress through our applicant tracking system.
Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment status and candidate feedback.
Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a recruiter.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in various industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
Fluency in English is required.
A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote operations.

Nice to Have

Experience preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
