Archi-Pix is hiring a Freelance Real Estate Photographer for a contracted, part-time role with a flexible schedule. You'll join a team of photographers capturing residential and commercial properties in Omaha and surrounding areas, with no photo editing required. You'll be paid per shoot.
What You'll Do
- Maintain your calendar for scheduling efficiency
- Travel to your appointments a few minutes early
- Be friendly and courteous at all appointments
- Capture the entire property
- Agree to receive email and text notifications
- Maintain your equipment for your appointments
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of professional photography experience
- A full-frame sensor camera with a resolution of at least 24MP (no APS-C sensors)
- A wide angle zoom lens (12-24mm or 14-24mm)
- Professional-grade tripod
- Reliable transportation
- Strong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Knowledge of bracketing (covered in training)
- Experience working with Dropbox
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Ability to adapt to our comprehensive photography guidelines
- Internet connection and a laptop computer suitable for quickly uploading large files
- Availability to take on assignments in your local market M-F and occasionally on weekends
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a professional demeanor
- Well-organized, motivated, with an attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Receptive and accommodating to constructive feedback
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and technology
Nice to Have
- Drone, video, and Matterport experience are a plus
