Mindrift is hiring a Freelance GenAI Developer to collaborate with our Vibe Coding systems, delivering accurate, reliable outputs for real-world applications. This role focuses on prompt engineering and data workflows, where you will directly influence how these AI systems evolve.

What You'll Do

Deliver well-reasoned, accurate, and clearly written outputs backed by credible sources.
Solve complex tasks across different domains using automation.
Develop and submit precise answers based on complex prompts, including coding, automation, and data processing tasks.
Write and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and verification.
Work efficiently with large datasets, ensuring data is clean and well-structured.
Utilize various LLMs to generate advanced prompts and improve AI output quality.
Format outputs in required structures such as Markdown, JSON, or tables.
Identify and troubleshoot non-trivial technical problems related to AI workflows and integrations.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
An Upper-intermediate (B2) or above level of English proficiency.
Strong data analysis and automation skills, with experience in scripting (e.g., Python) for task efficiency.
Proficiency in working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
Ability to develop, test, and optimize AI-driven workflows and tools.
A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in data processing and output.
Readiness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks and topics quickly, and willingness to work with complex guidelines.
Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for a challenge.

Nice to Have

A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in AI automation, data engineering, or software development.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks to enhance automation and problem-solving.
