Mindrift is looking for a Freelance Electrical Engineer Consultant - AI Trainer to improve Generative AI models through specialized content creation and evaluation. In this role, you will help shape AI's understanding of complex technical topics and reasoning within your field.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across various topics, developing references and task examples.
- Assess the qualification tests of other experts to ensure their competency.
- Provide project support by answering questions from other experts in Discord chats, particularly regarding project guidelines.
- Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts for alignment with guidelines, providing constructive feedback, verifying expertise-related information, and editing content to improve quality.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- An advanced (C1) or above level of English proficiency.
- Experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, or content review.
- Working knowledge of Python.
- Experience in teaching, educating, lecturing, or training within your domain.
- Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
