Mindrift is looking for a Freelance AI Trainer in Ecology / Environmental Science to collaborate on projects that refine Generative AI models. You will be instrumental in advancing the models' ability to handle specialized questions and perform complex reasoning within your domain of expertise.
What You'll Do
- Generate challenging prompts to test AI systems on ecological and environmental science topics.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy and quality of AI-generated answers.
- Correct model responses using your domain-specific knowledge to train more accurate and reliable AI.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- An advanced C1 or above proficiency level in English.
- Ability to learn new methods quickly, switch between tasks and topics efficiently, and work with complex, challenging guidelines.
- Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for taking on this challenge.
Nice to Have
- A Master’s or PhD in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a related field, along with 3 years of relevant work experience.
