Mindrift is looking for a Freelance AI-Augmented Developer to contribute as a freelance partner to our Vibe Coding systems. In this role, you will provide essential nuance, judgment, and creativity, collaborating with AI to shape and complete outputs while tackling complex challenges with automation support. Our mission is to unlock the potential of Generative AI by tapping into real-world expertise globally.

What You'll Do

Deliver well-reasoned, accurate, and clearly written outputs backed by credible sources.
Solve complex tasks across different domains with the help of automations.
Develop and submit precise answers based on complex prompts, including coding, automation, and data processing tasks.
Write and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, automation, and verification.
Work efficiently with large datasets, ensuring data is clean and well-structured.
Utilize various LLMs to generate advanced prompts and improve AI output quality.
Format outputs in required structures such as Markdown, JSON, and tables.
Identify and troubleshoot non-trivial technical problems related to AI workflows and integrations.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
An upper-intermediate (B2) or above level of English proficiency.
Strong data analysis and automation skills, with experience in scripting (e.g., Python) for task efficiency.
Proficiency in working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
Ability to develop, test, and optimize AI-driven workflows and tools.
A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and quality in data processing and output.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks to enhance automation and problem-solving.
Readiness to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
Access to a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and the available time and enthusiasm to take on this challenge.

Nice to Have

A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in AI automation, data engineering, or software development.
