Responsibilities

  • Optimize freeform lens manufacturing workflows
  • Monitor and refine production quality controls
  • Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies
  • Implement corrective actions for quality deviations
  • Support process validation and documentation
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams on yield improvement
  • Lead root cause analysis for production issues
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems
  • Develop process capability studies
  • Maintain process control documentation
  • Assist in equipment qualification and calibration
  • Drive continuous improvement projects
  • Evaluate new manufacturing technologies
  • Work with R&D on product transfer to production
  • Standardize work instructions for operators
  • Track key performance indicators for production
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Improve measurement systems and inspection methods
  • Coordinate with suppliers on material quality
  • Train staff on quality procedures
  • Manage non-conformance investigations
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Utilize statistical tools for process analysis
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives
  • Maintain accurate technical records
