Our Customer Operations Team is expanding and seeking a committed Fraud Prevention Performance Specialist II to champion case accuracy and enhance operational quality.
As a key Quality Assurance team member, you will focus on monitoring and improving label precision within internal fraud prevention teams and external vendor networks. By collaboratively working with cross-functional partners, you'll enhance visibility into operational accuracy. The role requires dedicating 20% of time to active case management to stay current with emerging trends, challenges, and workflow dynamics.
What You'll Accomplish
- Pinpoint knowledge gaps through systematic analysis and quality assessment
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Fraud Operations Leadership to strengthen training and coaching programs
- Consistently monitor, evaluate, and provide performance feedback to Fraud Operations Teams
- Systematically document findings and escalate insights to Leadership
- Stay informed about evolving fraud trends, regulatory shifts, and industry best practices
- Demonstrate consistent availability and responsiveness in our remote work environment
- Maintain daily case volume with 98%+ accuracy standards
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 3+ years of Fraud experience, preferably in fintech
- 1+ years Quality Assurance experience, preferably in fintech
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with leadership
- Strong analytical capabilities for recognizing fraud patterns
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving quality issues
- Self-motivated with exceptional focus and independent work skills
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal capabilities
- Proficient with industry-specific tools: Salesforce, TLO, TransUnion, LexisNexis, Ekata, Emailage, Looker, Snowflake, Netverify, Onfido
Compensation Structure
Base Pay Grade: D
Equity Grade: 1
USA Base Pay Ranges:
- CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
- Other U.S. States: $62,000 - $82,000 annually
New team members typically start at the beginning of the pay range. Visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
