About the Role
This role involves overseeing franchise operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards, and providing ongoing support to franchise owners to drive business success and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor franchisee compliance with operational guidelines and brand standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews and site audits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisee inquiries and issue resolution
- Support onboarding and training for new franchise owners
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of franchise reporting
- Assist in the development of operational tools and resources
- Facilitate communication between corporate and franchise locations
- Track key performance indicators and report on operational health
- Respond to escalated operational issues from franchisees
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of franchise policies and procedures
- Support franchise renewal and expansion initiatives
- Contribute to the refinement of operational playbooks
- Promote consistent customer experience across all franchise locations
- Assist in crisis management and operational disruptions
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate on franchisee feedback and satisfaction programs
- Manage documentation for franchise operations
- Support special projects related to operational efficiency
