Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR strategies support the organization's overall objectives.
- Manage HR budget and resources, and ensure cost-effective HR operations.
- Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement.

- Manage HR technology and systems, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR tools.

- Provide HR support to the organization's global workforce, including compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's global expansion.
- Provide HR support to the organization's mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration.
- Provide HR support to the organization's restructuring and downsizing efforts, including workforce planning and outplacement.
