Garner Health is hiring an FP&A Manager to play a central role in informing company strategy through rigorous financial analysis and by building scalable financial processes. You will report to the Director, FP&A.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and long-range strategic planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analytical processes, leveraging financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication and financial alignment across the organization.
- Prepare and present monthly variance analysis, trend analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to evaluate new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4+ years of relevant finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel modeling and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to think in frameworks to understand and break down complex, abstract problems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high bar for operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on tasks to ensure company success.
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in investment banking, private equity or a startup finance function.
- Proficiency with planning tools.

- Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 + equity: Eligible to participate in equity incentive plan.
