Natuvion GmbH is hiring a Senior Growth Manager (Utilities) (m/w/d) to drive sales and build long-term partnerships within the German energy and water supply sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle while contributing to the evolution of our multi-technology automation platform, working within a collaborative and change-friendly environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain sustainable, trusting customer relationships and networks within the energy industry.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through negotiation to account management to grow the customer portfolio.
- Represent the company at customer and industry events to build valuable contacts and position Natuvion as an innovative partner.
- Lead technical events and workshops to develop tailored, modern automation solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with the team to implement innovative concepts that make customer business processes more efficient.
- Actively participate in the further development of our product portfolio to shape a multi-technology Business Process Automation platform.

- Proven knowledge of the process landscape at German energy and water utilities, including an understanding of their specific challenges and needs.
- Strong sales focus and experience in project business, with the ability to inspire customers and build long-term partnerships.
- A strong automation DNA demonstrated through technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative technologies.
- A communicative personality capable of acting as a counterpart to management, thinking strategically, and implementing operationally.
