Purple Dot Digital Limited is hiring a Retention Specialist to join our Email Marketing Team. In this fully remote role, you will focus on executing targeted email campaigns to drive customer retention and lead generation for our portfolio of health and wellness brands.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support to the Email Marketing Team across ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to online lead generation efforts through targeted email marketing activities.
- Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns for multiple small brands.
- Continuously monitor and research emerging trends in email marketing, customer retention, and digital marketing.
- Design and develop engaging email templates, segmented mailing lists, and high-quality creative assets.
- Implement and manage email campaigns targeting both cold and warm audiences.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and experienced with Email Marketing Platforms such as Ontraport, Maropost, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Well-versed in best practices for email marketing, including spam regulations, persuasive copy, structure, CTAs, and A/B testing.
- Willingness to learn about email marketing and digital marketing fields.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience setting up campaigns or journeys on email marketing platforms, such as creating rules and setting up A/B testing.
