CVS Health is hiring a bilingual Welcome Coordinator for our Oak Street Health clinics. As the face of the clinic, you will create an inclusive environment, make a positive first and last impression on patients, and perform various administrative tasks to support center operations and an exceptional patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and guests to the clinic.
- Conduct visit check-in and assist patients with required forms.
- Collect co-pays and update patient information in the electronic medical record platform.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments within the electronic records system.
- Manage phone lines by answering, taking messages, and making outbound calls as instructed.
- Manage faxes in the electronic fax platform.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Welcome and Community Room areas.
- May be required to float to other centers in the region on an infrequent basis.
What We're Looking For
- Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Mandatory fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve.
- US work authorization.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a customer service setting is strongly preferred.
- Some college education is preferred.
