The Boeing Company is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst at the Associate or Mid-level to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be at the center of precision defense manufacturing, helping to produce the Patriot Advanced Capability Center of Excellence (CoE). You will apply your analytical skills to support and enhance our manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations
- Conduct assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria
- Implement routine manufacturing processes and assist with the development of new or revised processes
- Guide routine production activities and resolve problems of limited scope
- Collect and interpret data to help translate it into actionable plans
- Review and validate corrective action plans
- Understand and track the needs of multiple programs
- Guide others in complying with manpower requirements
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing or Production environment
- 1+ year of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment where compliance with policies and procedures is essential
- Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills with leaders and colleagues in an operations environment
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Previous experience with Project Management
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Lean implementation
- Active US security clearance
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel (or equivalent tools)
- Excel with complex formulas (nested if loops, conditional counts/sums/avgs, hlookup/vlookup/xlookup, array formulas)
- Create and manipulate macros and their controls
- Create database connections in Excel to pull data from business systems with SQL

- Associate (Level 2) salary range: $62,050 - $83,950 USD
- Mid-level (Level 3) salary range: $79,050 - $106,950 USD
