Precision for Medicine is looking for a Senior Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid process. You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality submissions for various bid types.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage bids, ensuring the approach is clear and all key deliverables, milestones, and timelines are identified and planned.
- Understand the sales life cycle from opportunity pipeline tracking to delivering RFP submissions.
- Facilitate communication across all business stakeholders and third parties to ensure transparency of bid status and delivery plans.
- Manage sign-off processes with key business stakeholders prior to bid submission.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts across the business to ensure accurate completion of due diligence, supplier questionnaires, vendor forms, and onboarding documentation.
- Support the Head of Bid Delivery with pipeline management, call scheduling with SMEs, and Outlook mailbox monitoring where required.
- Perform continued SharePoint site maintenance, content owner database maintenance, follow-up with SMEs, and create ad-hoc reports where required.
