The Boeing Company is hiring a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) in Huntsville, Alabama. You will be a key part of the dynamic team producing Boeing’s Patriot Advanced Capability Center of Excellence, supporting one of the world’s most advanced air defense systems.
What You'll Do
- Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent operational issues.
- Conduct assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards.
- Provide limited feedback on assessment results.
- Support the organization in implementing strategies and plans.
- Implement routine manufacturing processes and assist with developing new or revised processes.
- Guide routine production activities and resolve problems of limited scope.
- Review and approve standard technical documents.
- Guide others in complying with manpower requirements.
- Collect and interpret data, assisting in translating it into actionable plans.
- Review and validate corrective action plans.
- Understand and track the needs of multiple programs.
- Apply theory of constraints and utilization of resources.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment.
- 1+ year of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment where compliance with policies and procedures is essential.
- Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills with leaders and colleagues in an operations environment.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Previous experience with Project Management.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Lean implementation.
- Active US security clearance.
Technical Stack
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (or equivalent tools).
- Excel: perform calculations and analyze data.
- Excel: understand complex formulas (nested if loops, conditional counts/sums/averages, hlookup/vlookup/xlookup, array formulas, etc.).
- Excel: create and manipulate macros and their controls.
- Excel: create database connections to pull data from business systems with SQL.

- Associate (Level 2): $62,050 - $83,950 USD; Mid-level (Level 3): $79,050 - $106,950 USD.
