DeepHealth is hiring a Compliance Manager to ensure all company activities comply with local, state, and national laws, including ethical standards and regulatory policies. You will be the key architect and steward of our compliance program.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the development of a coordinated compliance and ethics program.
- Monitor, interpret, and communicate changes in federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and maintain compliant policies and procedures.
- Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in the compliance landscape.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees and contractors.
- Execute a comprehensive compliance monitoring and auditing program.
- Lead and coordinate compliance-related investigations, maintaining fairness and objectivity.
- Work with Legal, HR, Finance, and other teams to integrate compliance into their processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a similar discipline.
- Prior experience as a compliance manager or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in industry trends, laws, and regulations.
- Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Committed to following all local, state, and federal employment laws, including I-9, EEOC, ADA, and OSHA regulations.
- Adherence to HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety, and confidentiality standards.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $120,000 per year.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States. The role is based out of our Boston, Massachusetts office.
