ICUC/iProspect Moderation services, Inc. is hiring a FP&A Analyst

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping financial insights that guide business decisions across a global network. You'll manage forecasting cycles, update rolling projections with actual performance data, and assess variances to understand trends in revenue, expenses, and headcount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, margins, headcount, and operating costs, ensuring alignment with business performance.
  • Collaborate with offshore finance teams to verify the accuracy of monthly reporting, including expense coding, accruals, and revenue recognition.
  • Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between forecasted and actual results, delivering clear commentary to department leaders.
  • Prepare and distribute departmental P&L statements with narrative insights that highlight financial performance and operational drivers.
  • Review revenue forecasts against actuals to monitor project pacing and identify potential shortfalls or opportunities.
  • Work closely with Client Finance to track project profitability, staffing levels, and billing progress.
  • Support workforce planning by tracking open positions, hiring timelines, and the financial impact of staffing changes.
  • Assess the financial implications of restructures, new hires, and talent deployment decisions.
  • Contribute to cash flow forecasting by analyzing billing cycles, vendor payments, and working capital requirements.
  • Assist with balance sheet reviews and reconciliation of key financial accounts as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data inputs, and streamline financial processes.
  • Present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Support audit readiness by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Participate in special projects focused on modeling improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 5–9 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. Experience in month-end close processes—including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis—is essential. You must be proficient in Excel and financial systems, with strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented mindset. Prior experience with ERP or BI platforms is a plus, as is a track record of supporting process optimization or reporting automation.
