Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cohort models across customer groups, suppliers, product categories including jewellery, diamonds, and gemstones, and geographic regions; analyze growth drivers by isolating changes in volume, price, mix, currency, and base expansion to guide strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and RevOps to refine go-to-market operations through pipeline analytics, conversion tracking, rep productivity, and customer lifetime value; detect inefficiencies in channels, ROI, pricing, or compensation plans and support corrective actions.
- Lead the creation and timely delivery of core financial reports, including monthly P&L summaries, KPI dashboards, and quarterly business reviews, leveraging AI tools to ensure consistency and accuracy across all-hands updates and executive communications.
- Co-manage board reporting with the FP&A team, ensuring data integrity, narrative continuity, and clear commentary that reflects performance trends and strategic context over time.
- Maintain and enhance short-term financial forecasts and annual operating plans by aligning with department leaders, translating operational inputs into integrated financial statements, and validating assumptions against actual results.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform leadership on potential outcomes, risks, and opportunities under varying conditions, supporting strategic agility and informed decision-making.

Core Reporting & Cadence
- Own the primary management reporting package in collaboration with Finance AI agents, delivering regular KPI updates, monthly commentary on financial performance, and quarterly business reviews with consistent timing and clarity.
- Ensure company-wide reporting for all-hands meetings and asynchronous updates is accurate and unified, providing a transparent view of organizational performance.
- Partner with FP&A colleagues to co-lead the board reporting cycle, including preparation of presentations, underlying data sets, written commentary, and the evolving strategic story across quarters.
Forecasting, Planning & Budget Cycles
- Refine monthly re-forecasts and the annual operating plan in coordination with department heads, ensuring alignment between operational plans and financial outcomes.
- Convert business assumptions into comprehensive financial projections covering income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Continuously test forecast assumptions against real-world performance to improve accuracy and responsiveness.
Decision Support & Business Cases
- Act as a financial partner on cross-functional initiatives such as pricing strategies, supplier negotiations, market entry, product launches, and workforce planning, ensuring analytical rigor without impeding speed.
- Develop financial models that clarify choices and lead to decisive outcomes, maintaining close engagement to ensure models reflect current operational realities.
AI-Native Tooling, Data & Process Improvement
- Use Anthropic’s Claude platform—including Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and Claude Design—as the primary environment for financial analysis, modeling, and automated reporting.
- Improve data reliability and standardization across Snowflake, NetSuite, and ThoughtSpot to ensure consistent interpretation of metrics enterprise-wide.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities for repetitive reporting and analysis using AI-native workflows, and contribute to shared playbooks used across the finance function.
