About the Role
The FP&A Analyst will collaborate with finance and business teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models while ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models for planning cycles
- Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast
- Support the creation of departmental and company-wide budgets
- Generate financial reports for leadership review
- Identify trends and variances in financial data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather planning inputs
- Assist in the design and improvement of reporting tools
- Maintain documentation for financial processes and assumptions
- Ensure data integrity across planning systems
- Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis requests
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics
- Streamline planning workflows to improve efficiency
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Facilitate communication between finance and operational units
- Translate business changes into financial impact assessments
- Participate in system implementation or upgrades
- Standardize planning templates and reporting formats
- Provide analytical support during strategic initiatives
- Track and report on capital allocation and utilization
- Evaluate scenario planning outcomes
- Assist in investor-related financial disclosures
- Maintain calendar and deadlines for planning cycles
- Ensure consistency in financial terminology and definitions
- Contribute to year-end and quarter-end close processes
