About the Role

The FP&A Analyst will collaborate with finance and business teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models while ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
  • Develop and maintain financial models for planning cycles
  • Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast
  • Support the creation of departmental and company-wide budgets
  • Generate financial reports for leadership review
  • Identify trends and variances in financial data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather planning inputs
  • Assist in the design and improvement of reporting tools
  • Maintain documentation for financial processes and assumptions
  • Ensure data integrity across planning systems
  • Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis requests
  • Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics
  • Streamline planning workflows to improve efficiency
  • Support audit and compliance requirements
  • Facilitate communication between finance and operational units
  • Translate business changes into financial impact assessments
  • Participate in system implementation or upgrades
  • Standardize planning templates and reporting formats
  • Provide analytical support during strategic initiatives
  • Track and report on capital allocation and utilization
  • Evaluate scenario planning outcomes
  • Assist in investor-related financial disclosures
  • Maintain calendar and deadlines for planning cycles
  • Ensure consistency in financial terminology and definitions
  • Contribute to year-end and quarter-end close processes
