Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical leaders and hiring managers to fully grasp team needs and refine job requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates for engineering, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and product-facing positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, engagement, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Create persuasive messaging that appeals to elite candidates, particularly those not actively seeking new roles
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, providing insights on market dynamics, pay benchmarks, and talent acquisition approaches
- Refine and scale recruiting workflows, technology, and candidate interactions as the organization grows
- Ensure accurate data tracking and use platforms like Ashby to monitor and enhance recruitment metrics
- Help set and elevate hiring standards across the organization
- Support the development of a workplace reputation that attracts top technical and operational talent
