Responsibilities
- help build out our team across both technical and non-technical roles, and play a visible role in shaping the future of recruiting itself
- become a visible leader in the recruiting community, working at the center of where modern sourcing and AI intersect
- shape how we show up externally, through content, community, and candidate experience, to make Juicebox the top destination for top-tier talent in AI
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles (either in-house or agency)
- Have a strong personal brand in the recruiting community (e.g., active LinkedIn presence, trusted network, respected by peers)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication - you can make a candidate feel seen and understood
- Thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
- Care deeply about quality and candidate experience
- Are excited to work in-office 5 days a week with the team in SF
Nice to Have
- Have worked with early-stage startups (Seed - Series B) or in-house at high-growth companies
- Familiar with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets
- Enjoy writing or speaking about hiring, talent, or the future of work
