Juicebox is hiring a Founding Recruiter to build our team from the ground up and play a central role in shaping the future of recruiting. As our first in-house recruiter, you will establish our hiring systems while representing the most advanced AI sourcing platform.
What You'll Do
- Build out the team across both technical and non-technical roles.
- Play a visible role in shaping the future of recruiting and become a leader in the recruiting community.
- Help shape our external presence through content, community, and candidate experience.
- Engage with top talent via LinkedIn, events, and content to define modern recruiting practices.
- Create the systems, tooling, and standards that define how Juicebox hires from scratch.
- Partner directly with product and engineering teams to improve our recruiter-facing AI.
- Recruit across every function, from backend engineers to go-to-market leads.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, either in-house or at an agency.
- A strong personal brand within the recruiting community, demonstrated by an active LinkedIn presence, a trusted network, and peer respect.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
- Care deeply about quality and candidate experience.
- Excited to work in-office 5 days a week with the team in San Francisco.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with early-stage startups (Seed to Series B) or in-house at high-growth companies.
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets.
- Enjoy writing or speaking about hiring, talent, or the future of work.
Team & Environment
You will be the first in-house recruiter, reporting directly to the founders and building the function from scratch.
