Twos is a stealth startup on a mission to reconnect people and make humans happier. We're hiring a Founding Head of Growth as one of our first team members. You will lead early growth initiatives while building the systems to scale our impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive user acquisition through creative experimentation, including finding and building relationships with early advocates.
- Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and Design to shape and iterate on a go-to-market approach.
- Pitch in on investor updates, ops, hiring, and execution wherever needed.
- Act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping turn vision into action.
What We're Looking For
- 2-6 years in growth, product marketing, strategy, or high-growth startup roles that demanded creative thinking and fast execution.
- Strategic but also insanely scrappy: willing to get out there and talk to people on the street or whatever is called for.
- A persuasive storyteller able to sell ideas, build excitement, and rally users, partners, and collaborators.
- A doer—you execute fast, learn on the fly, and thrive in ambiguity.
- Based in New York or willing to relocate (this is not a fully remote role).

This role is based in New York City and requires a local presence.
