STREET is hiring a Founding Growth & Marketing Lead to own user acquisition and brand building for our on-demand retail marketplace. As a founding team member, you will define and execute the growth strategy that powers our platform.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Build and scale acquisition funnels with a focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention.
- Launch referral and ambassador programs to drive organic growth.
- Run geo-targeted experiments to test and scale city-level acquisition.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns (digital and IRL) to build brand awareness across target neighborhoods and communities.
- Partner with influencers, content creators, and local media to build brand credibility.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning tailored to local audiences.
- Own social media presence and work with creators to build engaging content.
- Analyze growth metrics, user behavior, and market feedback to inform strategy.
- Work closely with product and design to optimize onboarding, UX, and engagement flows.
- Test, iterate, and scale what works, kill what doesn’t, fast.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing for B2C products.
- Proven success running campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Experience with brand building, influencer partnerships, and community marketing.
- A scrappy, creative, test-and-learn mindset, able to work with limited budget and big ambition.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a startup or marketplace setting.
- Experience in PR, influencer management, or events in the fashion/retail ecosystem.
