About the Role

The founding growth professional will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and product marketing. This role will be a key part of the founding team, working closely with the CEO and other leaders to shape the company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement referral and viral marketing programs.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for international expansion.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns.
