About the Role
The individual will work directly with clients to understand challenges, implement tailored technical solutions, and ensure successful integration and adoption of the product on the ground.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure software solutions at client sites
- Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements
- Troubleshoot live system issues and implement fixes
- Translate customer feedback into product improvement suggestions
- Work closely with engineering teams to adapt core technology for specific use cases
- Lead on-site or remote implementation projects
- Document deployment processes and client-specific configurations
- Train client teams on system usage and best practices
- Monitor post-deployment performance and support optimization
- Serve as primary technical contact during integration phases
- Gather field insights to inform roadmap priorities
- Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards
- Coordinate with support and product teams for escalations
- Maintain detailed project logs and status reports
- Adapt quickly to diverse technical environments and client workflows
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience in AI or machine learning platforms
- Background in DevOps or site reliability engineering
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools

- Previous work with B2B SaaS products
