About the Role

This is a production-focused role requiring immediate impact. Candidates must drive pipeline through disciplined phone execution, deep research, and sharp messaging while simultaneously building scalable systems for future team growth.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Execute a phone-first outreach strategy with 100 daily dials, three dedicated calling blocks, targeted email campaigns, daily enterprise account analysis, and meticulous CRM record-keeping.
  • Quickly establish relevance in under 20 seconds, connect solutions to operational challenges, rigorously qualify prospects, and disqualify unfit leads without delay.
  • Track and analyze conversion rates at every stage of the funnel, identifying and improving at least one key metric each month.
  • Develop scalable sales infrastructure by refining healthcare-specific messaging, improving responses to compliance and EMR integration concerns, identifying buying signals, and documenting best practices.
  • Demonstrate ownership by rapidly diagnosing and correcting performance issues within 48 hours of detection.

Hard Requirements

  • One year of SDR experience at a high-growth B2B startup, ideally in AI.
  • Proven record of top performance with clear evidence such as quota achievement, rankings, awards, or consistent wins.
  • Outstanding presentation and persuasion skills—able to explain complex value clearly and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work smart, hard, and long—requiring all three attributes.
  • Fast pace of learning and execution with extreme personal ownership.
