Requirements
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience, ideally in:
- Growth, marketing, or GTM leadership at early-stage or growth-stage startups
- Partnerships, community, or ecosystem development
- Event-led GTM or program management
- You've built a growth function before (or a meaningful piece of one) and know what good looks like at each stage.
- You've managed people, budgets, and cross-functional programs.
- You thrive in ambiguity and build structure from scratch — you create clarity, repeatability, and process where none exists.
- You are exceptionally organized and operationally strong — you manage logistics with excellence, love project planning, and can run multiple programs simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- You have a builder mentality — you iterate quickly, test new ideas, and turn what works into a system.
- You work extremely well cross-functionally — you shine in roles that require coordinating between founders, sales, product, and SMEs.
- You have excellent communication skills — warm, crisp, credible, and tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- You're energized by events — not just attending them, but designing and running them with precision and care.
