Wamy is seeking a Founding Account Executive to be the first dedicated sales hire in our fast-growing Legal Tech startup. You will be a full-cycle hunter, working directly with the Founder to set the sales playbook, own the entire process from prospecting to closing, and build the sales function.
What You'll Do
- Hunt: Identify high-value law firms, bypass gatekeepers, and use cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to book your own meetings.
- Close: Run discovery calls, demonstrate the Wamy product, handle objections, and close deals.
- Build: Help refine sales messaging, objection handling, and pricing strategy based on real market feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Legal Tech Sales Experience: Have sold SaaS to law firms before. Understand the 'billable hour' mindset and know how to speak to Partners.
- A Proven 'Hunter': Show a track record where you self-sourced at least 50% of your own revenue. You don't fear the phone.
- No 'Big Company' Hangovers: Don't need extensive training seminars or daily manager oversight. You know how to manage your own day and hit targets remotely.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using modern sales tools to maximize efficiency.
